Loved being so close to downtown, we walked over for groceries, coffees and bakery items at New Sagaya and Kaladi Brothers. The house was quiet and very clean. Master bathroom shower was very nice and just remodeled. The kitchen is wonderful, living room is open and spacious. Loved our stay.

Although it is a basement, it has plenty of natural light, superb amenities, and lots of space. We really like having two separate bedrooms (King and Queen), living space, kitchen, dining, and laundry (it saves you having to bring tons of clothing). The kitchen is well stocked in case you want to prepare your own meals. We had a couple breakfasts and hot drinks. It is a big plus to have a full fridge. The temperature in the property was always comfortable. We will definitely consider this property the next time we visit Anchorage.
