Location - center of central Ivano Frankivsk, with balcony in one of the rooms overlooking the park & pedestrian walkway. We enjoyed many days listening to musicians playing traditional Ukrainian music on accordion & flute on the walkway. Nights with beverages on the balcony was a great way to unwind. The host - super nice, quick responses, very accommodating. Elegant & beautiful renovation in an old Austrian building. Great shower, very comfortable beds. Laundry in hallway that was common to 3 private units, detergent pods supplied!

Small patio for sitting/eating outside. Refrigerator and microwave in the room. Dishes, glasses, silverware provided. Close to train station (about a 7 minute walk) and center. In the center there is a modern food market store which sells cooked food which you can reheat in the microwave. The owner said the water from the tap is good enough to drink.
