Modern, very clean, cozy, comfortable, nice place. Very nice staff. Amazing breakfasts, which included delicious Carpathian cuisine. Beautiful mountain view.

Large ski rental facility directly in the hotel, however still missing skipass shop. 50m2 room used by 2 adults and 3 kids could practically accomodate up to 6 adults. Small hickup with parking lot entry gate hitting the front bamper of the car due to poorly installed sensors was well settled by administration. Would probably visit again during "low season" when prices get reduced and weather permitting.

From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. What truly stood out was Andriy's compassion when my girlfriend fell ill during our stay. Without hesitation, he generously extended our check-out time from noon until evening, allowing her to rest and recover. This kind gesture meant so much to us and really demonstrated his genuine care for his guests' wellbeing. The entire experience exceeded our expectations in every way. The stunning views combined with such thoughtful service made our stay truly memorable. I cannot recommend this property highly enough - if you're considering booking here, don't hesitate. Set in Vorokhta, Ivano-Frankivsk region, Котедж у Ліску 2 is located 28 km from Elephant Rock. Nice views. Quiet location. Large rooms. (Can accommodate 4 people.) Small patio for sitting/eating outside. Refrigerator and microwave in the room. Dishes, glasses, silverware provided. Close to train station (about a 7 minute walk) and center. In the center there is a modern food market store which sells cooked food which you can reheat in the microwave. The owner said the water from the tap is good enough to drink.

The stay in ANSO was excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is just next to the bus stop and local shops. Great experience indeed.

Everything was excellent, but I would like to emphasize personnel. All of them are supportive, hardworking, focused on guests needs and comfort. Highly recommend Shelter Hotel.
