Very welcoming host and staff. Lovely terrace with a great view. Breakfast included which is great. Good location, with a 7-eleven close by and many bicycle rental shops. Easy reach of the bus station and pier for boats around the lake. Room was clean. Communal fridge available.
The big room that even if not specified with lake view had some view, the silent airconditioning, the breakfast made at time convenient for us as we had to catch the 8am bus for Alishan. The gorgeous view from the breakfast room at the top of the building. The owners who are really helpful and dropped us to the bus station with our luggages. Everything made this short stay a very nice experience.
Amazing view from the balcony on the lake and mountains. The hotel has very convenient location: it is close to the Shuishe port (where you can take boat), to the bus station, to bikes rental store, to the convenient stores, and other restaurants. Also every day we received fresh fruits from the host. The host is very nice and funny.
The room we got was huge. Comes with 1 queen bed at level 1 and another queen bed on the loft. The slide from the loft to level 1 was so fun for the kids. They were playing non stop. Will recommend.
- The location was good. - The room was clean. - Cutely decorated, perfect for a romantic weekend. -Checkout was easy as there was a box to leave your keys (staff were hard to find) - There is a bike rental next door and you can get a discount.
The staff were wonderful. We really enjoyed watching and interacting with the cats and were surprised by how immaculately clean the whole facility was. My husband is allergic to cats but he had no issues here as the cats aren’t allowed in the rooms and the public spaces are kept clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure. It was a flat and easy few minutes walk from the main bus station. I wish we could have stayed longer!
Lovely and helpful staff. Our stay was really nice at the hotel. It is very easy to move to the different spots around the lake by bike (rental), ferry and bus. The beds were really comfortable and the room as long as the bathroom were more spacious than what we expected! We’ll definitely recommend staying there if you’re going to sun moon lake!
Very big and clean bungalows. Everything is very new and the owners are super helpful and friendly. It’s in a quite area and still just a 7-8 minutes walk into the city for restaurants, bike rental and supermarkets. If you want a peaceful stay on the Sun Moon Lake - come here! And the dog is super cute. Owner also dropped us at the bus station after our checkout ☺️
Owner was nice and helpful, discount for bike rental next door helpful. Good location next to the bus stop. Voucher for the 7/11 instead of breakfast was good.
