The location! Walking distance to Istiklal and Taksim. Quiet street with convenience store just next to the hotel. Love the apartment layout. Size of the rooms might be a bit small but just nice. Washing machine in the toilet is a plus point. They also accommodate luggage storage when we went to Cappadocia. Appreciate it a lot. One major thing that I love is Monnas Suite has elevator. Easier for wheelchair and to transport luggages.

This is my third stay in this hotel. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. The location is perfect, close to Taksim and galata. Bed is very comfortable. AC works great. Breakfast is a typical Turkish breakfast which is very delicious

Firstly the location was perfect. It was near all the places we wanted to visit and the restaurants were nearby. Blue mosque, haga sofia and amthe museum all were in walking distance. The stuffs were really friendly and helpful. To be honest we were so happy with the service.

The location is perfect, our stay was incredible. The apartments are very spacious and clean, we had no problems whatsoever. The staff was welcoming and considerate, very polite and always helped with any questions you could have. I would like to say special thanks to Hūseyin and Mazlum, who were so friendly and helpful throughout the stay. They arranged everything for us and went beyond to help us. Always smiling and polite. Best managers I have encountered so far. I would only recommend to stay in this hotel and will definitely come back myself!

I came to Istanbul for work, and the most important things for me were: reliable internet, quiet nights, and a good location. It was also key for me to have separate spaces for work and sleep. This all came together perfectly in the suite. The apartment has everything I needed—and more. There's a separate kitchen-living area where you can cook, and it also has a small fold-out sofa for guests. Plus, there's a cozy bedroom. The pillows are a bit on the high side, but that’s a personal preference. The white linen is perfect and the bed is so very comfortable. The internet worked flawlessly, and Ismet was always available to help with anything. If you have a working Netflix account, you can watch movies—there’s a TV in both the bedroom and the living room. You can also bring an HDMI cable to connect your laptop. The TV has YouTube as well, which is super convenient. Everything was spotless. The kitchen has a stove, microwave, small fridge, and dishes. There's an air conditioner, which helps warm up the room in winter and cool it down in summer. It's positioned away from the bed, which is great to avoid getting a chill. Cihangir is one of my favorite neighborhoods in Istanbul! There are grocery stores and vegetable shops nearby, and Istiklal Street—the shopping hub—is just a 5-minute walk (though uphill). Comfortable shoes are a must in Istanbul! Also, there are some amazing cafes and unique little shops nearby. Overall, this apartment made my stay in Istanbul feel really homey and comfortable. A special thanks to Ismet, who was incredibly helpful at every step, from finding a gym to showing me where to exchange old dollars that are no longer accepted in Turkey. It was my safe place in the crowded huge Istanbul, thank you Ismet, I'll definitely get back here.

The apartment was in a fantastic location, perfect for a short stay to explore the city. It had just enough space for two people and provided everything we needed. Since we spent most of our time out and about, we didn’t need much from the apartment itself.
