This apartment is truly beautiful, the design and large open layout truly makes a great place for peace and relaxation. We were lucky to be able to book the top floor apartment, with the most amazing, breathtaking views. The location is out of town but the quietness and views definitely make up for it. The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need and the cleanliness is of an exceptional standard.

Amazing accomodation, very clean, with everything you need inside the appartment. Dryier on balcony if needed, as you also have a washing machine and washing powder. The pool is clean and the water warm to swim and refresh in. Very close to bus station if you want to go to Fethiye center/Oludeniz etc. The staff very friendly, helpful and smiling, they are so warm!

Perfect location, close to bus stop and market. Hosts were exceptional, even when we lost the keys (our fault) they were wonderful to us. Apartment is perfect for a short stay, there is always parking in front and it was clean, modern and had a great balcony. We would recommend it to any travellers

The convenience of the location greatly enhanced our overall experience, just as it did before. The same high standards of cleanliness and maintenance were evident throughout the hotel, just as they were during our previous stay. Our second stay at S3 King Residence Hotel was a reaffirmation of the incredible experience we had during our first visit. The staff's consistency in providing exceptional service and the overall excellence of the hotel make it a truly outstanding choice.
