It was easy to reach the propety and the owner was waiting with the keys and provided lots of information about the locality and surroundings. We had a great stay and the house was well equipped. The location provides quick access to Sidi Boussaid, Carthage, Tunis and the airport.

Eya and Abbes are more than kind, they welcomed us, gave suggestions to discover the area and helped to find the services and facilities. A recently renovated property, Chez ADAC is set in Sidi Bou Saïd near Amilcar Beach, Sidi Bou Said Beach and Corniche Beach. The apartment was spotlessly clean and provided everything we needed for a short stay incl. some groceries for breakfast. Youssef was always communicating and available for any questions. the location is superb. Restaurants and groceries are easily available within a short walk. we felt very comfortable.

Right in the middle of the Carthage attractions (which are scattered over several sites), the location could not be better. It is quiet and safe, has excellent wifi and a/c. The kitchen was well equipped, with thoughtful and useful items. There is a table inside, and better still one in the small quiet courtyard area. The hosts were welcoming and accepted payment in mixed currencies (useful when we were about to leave the country). Easy street parking. Good breakfast served at the time of your choice (8 a.m. for us, it gets hotter later). All this for a very low price.
