Our room was beautiful, the view was beautiful, everything was spotlessly clean, Dave and Amy are great hosts and always willing to help with any need you might have. There are some good restaurants within walking distance, and of course kilometers of sandy beach right out the front door.

First and foremost, the location of this property is unparalleled. As soon as I stepped into the property, I was greeted with the most breathtaking panoramic view of the sea. The sight of the turquoise waters stretching out to the horizon was absolutely mesmerizing. Whether it was watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee in hand or enjoying the sunset with a glass of wine, every moment spent at the property was a visual treat. The property itself was well-maintained and exuded a sense of luxury and comfort. The interior was tastefully decorated with modern amenities and stylish furnishings. Situated in Mae Pim, 100 metres from Laem Mae Pim Beach and 2.9 km from Sai Kaew Beach, GrandBlue Condominium Mae Phim TOP FLOOR WITH SEA VIEW 706 offers a garden and air conditioning. The cozy apartment with two bedrooms, a kitchen, a common room and a nice balcony. Two minutes walk to the beach. Very friendly hosts. The bed in the small room is a bit noisy. The facilities are good enough, but the seaside was terribly dirty. There is 7/11 nearby the condominium, but if you want to go to the fish market, it will take about 25 minutes. It's good place to relax, quite enough, but, as we were told, February and March are the season of garbage accumulation in seawater :(
