The bungalow is simple but new, very clean, and has everything you need. The view from the area with umbrellas and puffs is amazing — you can enjoy a private sunset every evening. The owner is super friendly and helpful, arranging a scooter and excursions for us, which made everything easy. The location is great, with quick access to the beach by scooter, and restaurants and supermarkets are close by. A perfect place for a relaxing stay!

The staff is friendly, there is very much space in the room, the air conditioning works and the fridge is even a bit too big😁 The location is good. You can walk to a shop or restaurant, but a moped helps a lot. You can get one right next door from 350thb/day.

Very charming mini-hotel (only 3 rooms) in the middle of authentic village. Some might dislike, but we were very happy to be far from purely touristic areas. In the same time there are 2 great restaurants just nearby, a pier to watch sunset, quick access to nature. The host is a lovely, very nice Thai lady, who speaks English well. The electric kettle was broken? No problem, the next day she brought her own from her home. The tap in the room does not work properly? No problem, the repair man comes at any moment convenient for us. So the service is at the top! Also the host rents a motorbike per room, so that was convenient. I especially loved the terrace, where one can enjoy the home grown coffee (yes, the host lady has her own coffee trees near Chiangmai Mai!), have a chat with other guests (or not, everyone is respectful), or enjoy mangroves in the water during the high tide. All and all, I highly recommend. To be honest, I rarely write such positive reviews, because lazy. But here, I feel a boost of energy to return back my gratitude to this place and to this host!

I travel to Khao Lak/Bang Niang for over 15 years. And stayed in a lot of places in this area. But Fair house is now my absolute favorite if you like a budget friendly place to stay. Very friendly staff, close to the main area of Bang Niang. Super clean room with a terrace if you stay downstairs. The room has a cooler, water heater and even a sink to wash dishes.
