Bangkok old town can be reached by both MRT train and Boat. A stone throw away from Yaowart where you can get street foods and Song-Wat, where you can go cafe hopping. A 15 minutes walk will take you to the pier where you can reach most of the famous temples and tourist destinations on the river banks. In contrast to the location, the place is incredibly quite and super comfy. It feels like heaven after a long day in a busy part of the city. The spot is not very touristy, it's where local people who really live there reside There are plenty of washer and dryers and a company that offers to take your bag to the airport is within 5 mins walk. The owner is super friendly and there're people standing by 24/7. There's also an elevator.

Super clean and quiet, comfortable bed, big and modern bathroom, laundry hanger in the private balcony, delicious breakfast, lovely garden, great location, great value for money. The location is perfect for us. You may catch the red songthaew (8 baht) just outside udomsuk BTS station and ring the bell to get off when you see the 2nd patrol station (~10 mins), then cross the road and walk 2 mins to the hotel. When going to other direction, just wave when you see the very frequent red songthaew which has a huge word "BTS" written in front, so you won't miss it. It will stop just outside the market underneath the BTS. There are plenty of eateries and restaurants and 7-11 nearby this hotel, and a local night market is 5 mins walk. There is music and beer and some 30 ish delicious and cheap but very clean food stalls. But what we loved the most is actually the local food market underneath the udomsuk BTS. We bought cooked authentic food nearly every late afternoon. The friendly housekeeper let us use all the kitchen utensils with a big fan and we can enjoy the food and drink in the garden every evening. Will definitely return to Teak villa whenever we go to bkk again.

Each morning, her thoughtful messages included comprehensive and helpful information about local attractions, transportation, shopping, and currency exchange. Bee's responsiveness and detailed guidance significantly enriched my experience in the vibrant and centrally located Silom area.

Located in the centre of Bangkok, Benviar Tonson Residence offers spacious accommodation with free Wi-Fi. We loved this place, our apartment was huge and we enjoyed using the pool (which we never had to share!) and small gym. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the location was very convenient too.
