Very nice rooms, friendly staff, great location just 5 minutes from the lake. Since we came in the winter season, we were able to go to breakfast and to spa at their sister Hotel Bohinj (for €15/entry), which was a really high quality experience.

Attractively set in the centre of Bohinj, Apartmaji Preželj features free WiFi, a garden and free private parking for guests who drive. We booked the small two-person apartment with my wife for a long weekend and we were very happy with our choice. Our unit was tiny in the cutest kind of way, but had everything we needed. Especially the kitchen was surprisingly well equipped despite its size, with all kinds of cookware, cutlery, dishes, a microwave, coffee makers, toaster and kettle. Combined with the small fridge it is perfect for preparing your own meals if you don't want to eat out every day. The apartment is located about 10 walking minutes from lake Bohinj in a quiet neighbourhood and with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. Free parking and wifi was provided. If you travel by public transport, there is a bus stop right at the end of the side street. On the way to the lake you can find a couple restaurants, a grocery store, post office and the tourism information office. Our host Mateja and her mother were absolutely lovely! Overall it was a very cozy and enjoyable experience and we would be happy to stay here again if we come back to the area.

The outdoor kitchen at the apartment was fabulous - we ate many meals outside - Everything inside was great as well - we were sorry the road was closed but we figured it out. One night we were able to schedule using the spa facilities and it was a huge treat!

Offering city views, Home away from home is an accommodation located in Bohinj, 20 km from The Bled Island and 21 km from Sports Hall Bled. The host was warm and welcoming, brought us a welcome snack and drink. The apartment was very homey and clean with everything you need for a stay, and it is barely 10 min drive to Lake Bohinj. It's quiet and great for staying in the area. There's free parking right in front of the house too. Two supermarkets (Spar and Mercator) are very close by.
