Staff was awesome, and we were allowed an extra hour for check-out. There are also discounted tickets to thermal, renal of ski equipment etc, which is really nice.

Everywhere is easily walkable, but if you want to go further out, the tram station is 2 minutes walk. The apartment itself was comfortable, clean, spacious, and trendy. Plenty of room for my family of five. There are several small convenience stores nearby for water, snacks, and other needs.
