We came back because we absolutely love it here! Everything about this place is perfect for a family getaway. The **cleanliness is exceptional**—it smells great, and it’s equipped with everything we could possibly need. The **host is very accommodating and easy to negotiate with**, which made our stay even more enjoyable. What we loved most is how kid-friendly it is! The **playground** outside was a hit with our kids, and they enjoyed playing with other children in the neighborhood. And of course, the **pool** was the highlight—they couldn’t get enough of it! To sum it up, it was a wonderful stay, and we can’t wait to come back again! Highly recommended, especially for families.

This unit is extraordinary, very clean, very specious, equipped with everything we need and makes us feel like we are at home. Access to the gym and swimming pool is a very good bonus and having Ayala Mall literally under us is very convenient. Me and my girlfriend like it a lot and will definitely visit again next time when we are in Davao. Highly recommend and excellent value for the money!
