We booked a three-night stay and opted for the three-person apartment, even though we were just two people. The slight price difference was absolutely worth it for the extra space. The apartment featured a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room, separate from the sleeping area. The shower was excellent, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. What stood out the most was how quiet and tranquil the room was; we couldn’t hear any noise at all, which made for a very peaceful stay. One of the highlights of Inca Palace Experience is that it is not just a typical hotel chain. It is a family-run business by a wonderful mother and daughter duo who were incredibly nice, sweet, and helpful throughout our stay. Their genuine care and hospitality made us feel right at home. I highly recommend Inca Palace Experience to anyone visiting Puno. It offers a unique, personal touch that you won’t find in larger hotel chains. Also, is very cheap considering what you get and it is 3 minutes walking to Plaza del Armas.

This place is perfect to stay at when you are in Puno. It’s right in the city center. The room was nice and clean, everything was fine. The price is law. You can go to El Mirador del Condor from where you can get a panoramic view of Puno. The lady at the reception was really helpful, it appears she was the manager. She let us take some fruits instead of breakfast since we had to check out at night.
Short stay of 1 day 2 nights. Room was comfortable and breakfast was very good though juices felt like they were watered down. Pancakes were a bonus. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful especially around booking a Rossy bus transfer to Juliaca airport for early on my last morning. Rossy had just closed for the weekend when I arrived and weren’t scheduled to reopen until too late on Monday morning. The reception staff sorted everything out for me and I caugh my 9am flight without any glitches.
really nice beds, the owner was so funny and generous about letting me leave my bags there and letting me hang out there until my bus came. really well priced tours, I wish I booked through her!! breakfast and Wifi where awesome. such good value for money
Our own private island on Titicaca. The host family only has one of these for rental, so you have their full attention. They offer a tour of the floating islands for 30 soles which I recommend instead of taking these group tours. The island also has a kayak, the price is included and breakfast was surprisingly rich in options!
