They helped us with the luggage, made sure our breakfast and cleaning time were scheduled as per our preference, and communicated very well with us. They also accommodated our late check-out. The location is only 8-9 min walk from the San Blaz Plaza.

Breakfast was excellent. They prepared snacks for us on the days we needed to leave super early. Hot shower worked nicely.

The place is great, especially for short stays. It is a 12 min walk to the centre. The host was waiting for us at the time we indicated and he was quite flexible with our late schedule. He is quite responsive on WhatsApp, and he let us leave the luggage while we were doing the Salkantay Trekking. His wife runs a laundry service which is quite helpful.

Brothers House was a wonderful place! The staff were incredibly accommodating, the rooms were super spacious, shared kitchen had great facilities and was always clean, and the showers were hot with good pressure. The location is great- about 10 min walk to main square, very close to San Blas Market (lovely place for cheap, local lunch) and close to very good restaurants (we loved Barbaros), laundry and small grocery store. Would definitely stay again when visiting Cusco! P.S. They even stored our luggage for free when we went to visit Aguas Calientes.
