The layout of the flat is really nice, but unfortunately the bedroom upstairs has got no wall at the front and is overlooking the seating area, which makes it uncovinient to sleep, and not safe for children.

The one bed room apartment is clean and the kitchen is fully equipped it has a great view of the golf field , all instructions was given by the owner were clear , the wifi is strong .we enjoyed our stay and definitely we will book again .

Objekat Jabal Sifah Tha Marina View Apartment, udaljen oko 15 min. hoda od znamenitosti Plaža Al Sifah, nudi smeštaj sa terasom i balkonom, kao i pogled na more. This is an excellent accomodation, a spacious, at the same time very cozy apartment, modern architecture yet with some local touch in design. Perfectly located with an amazing sea view in a safely guarded community at the ocean. Great balcony with view over the whole marina, as well as a rooftop veranda with a barbecue place. The host is an extreamly welcoming, hospital person, offering helpful advice about sightseeing in Oman and being very flexible with the desire to make our as stay pleasant as possible. In the marina community there are restaurants, grocery store and swimming pools, all in walking distance. It is a guarded community at the ocean shore, with own beach, where we were the only guests which we loved. There are wild beaches located around as well, for a change. Felt like this was the place only for us. Perfect situated: reasonable driving distance from Muscat that secures peaceful and comfortable accomodation outside of touristic rush, with ability to visit both the capital, as well as explore nature marvels in a dirreent direction such as Wadi Shab. We spent lovely time in Muscat: visited the Fort, old Souk, walked in the old city. Tour in the other direction - Wadi Shab - exceeded all our expectations. Overall Oman surprised us with beauty and amazing variety of places to visit. Special thanks to our host, we will be delighted to come again and totally recommend this accomodation to everyone!

Smeštajni objekat Beautiful Golf & Sea View nudi bazen na otvorenom i klima-uređaj, a nalazi se u gradu As Sifah, na 2 km od znamenitosti Plaža Al Sifah i 46 km od znamenitosti Centralna poslovna... First time travel to Oman, was long on my bucket list, As Sifah was the perfect start, it’s far enough from city Muscat if you wanna relax between beach and mountains, but it’s close enough if you want to explore Muscat. Wonderful climate and beautiful nature! All of this in the context of a very comfortable accommodation setting, Oman is not yet discovered by mass tourism and feels like a true authentic gem, wild nature, intact culture and by far the most hospitable people during all my travels! The host was extremely kind to meet all my needs during my visit, including extras like early check-in upon arrival, I was picked up from airport at 3:20. Also upon return before departure the host offered me dinner and some very useful tips for my future travels to Oman, since I have plans to come back. Mr. Muneer, the host dropped me to old Muscat before driving me back to airport for my return flight, and picked me up again when I was finished visiting Muscat after many hours and have dinner together. Lots of helpful tips and wonderful hospitality! The apartment was extremely comfortable, and was an incredible balance of comfort and modernity, yet surrounded by pristine peace and quiet between mountains and ocean! I was lucky to have the weather on the hotter side, considering it’s October, since I love hot weather. I don’t like 30, I prefer at least 35!
