Situated in Duqm, Royal Land Deluxe Suites رويال لاند للأجنحة الفاخرة offers a terrace. The aparthotel features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. I come to Duqm during my Oman road trip. But I had emergency there with my car battery. Hotel manager Mr. Ahmed helped me a lot, he even brought his own jump starter to location outside the hotel to help me. I am very grateful and impressed positively. Thank you, Mr. Ahmed! Hotel is good, room is big and comfortable. Free coffee and tea in lobby. I can recommend this hotel to all travelers

The facility was ok for a short stay, the humble and cooperative reception guy helped us bring our luggage gave us tips on food and locations. God bless him. The facility utilities were still brand new and the size of rooms were big. We booked a three bedroom which was more than enough.

Although we were on the top most floor (3rd), the water pressure was absolutely great! Which is something most apartments don't do well but it was very convenient. Many thanks to the staff, was very hospitable.
