From allowing us to a late check-out, and even keeping our luggage while we explored the city, every request was handled with ease and a friendly attitude. Property manager Hridoy Biswas was also available at odd hours to assist with any questions we had, making sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. As for the property itself, it was just as described—beautiful, comfortable, and very centrally located. We were even lucky enough to have a fantastic view of the Twin Towers, which was a real treat. The convenience of being so close to everything made it easy to explore the city on foot. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area with family. The host’s hospitality and the property's prime location make it a perfect choice!
