Definitely nicest place we stayed in Mexico. Great beds to sleep in, beautifully designed place and clean. The apartment was bright and with well equipped kitchen. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed this hotel and would recommend it to anyone to stay there.

I have stayed in many different lodgings in my life but I must say this property had it all: comfort, modernity, amenities, clean nice pool that feels like your own, great location a short walk away from the busy heart of Merida, and a friendly responsive and caring host. the property was clean, just as expected, and really comfortable. the kitchen was nice and had decent enough selection of cooking equipment. we couldn’t get the oven to work but there’s a good chance that was just us being stupid. the fridges are divided by rooms which is really nice. the host was lovely when we met him, and we were able to check in slightly early. the room and bathroom were big. aircon and wifi both worked well without fault. it felt safe. the walk into town was about ten mins, but flat and easy and felt safe.
Excellent. Centrally located but in a quiet side street, this property is a hidden gem. Beyond the modest external facade is a large 'secret garden' courtyard and pool, around which arched cloisters wrap the compound. It provides lovely 'shared' spaces as well as privacy in several separate rooms. Well equipped for self catering, the decor and amenities are a lovely blend of upmarket boutique hotel and homely comfort. Owner was friendly and could not be more helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
The apartment was comfortable and well equipped with everything needed for self catering. The air-conditioning was excellent and it had fans and screens as well. The balcony, overlooking the pool, was a good place to sit in the evenings. There is a beach at the end of the street only 2 minutes walk. Though not the best beach, it is a good place for a quick dip.
Love the area—a quiet beachside street with a peaceful vibe. The complex is well maintained, secure, and all the staff are friendly and helpful. The condo itself is extremely well equipped (much more so than most holiday rentals) and comfy—especially the bed. And above all else, the host was incredibly helpful, communicative, and accommodating.
The studio room was a good size, plenty of floor space. The shower had hit water and a good flow. The parking space was securely gated. The pool area was comfortable, so much so we had our breakfast by the pool each morning. Anna, our host was perfect and so helpful and the apartments are about a 30 minute safe walk from centre
Spacious studio apartment. Good location, close to the beach. Nice balcony which is shared with the other studio, no one was using it at the time we were there so we had it to ourselves. Free water and coffee!
There was no breakfast. The place is very tranquil. The studio apartment was comfortable. The owner is amazing and takes care of all your needs.
