Everything was super clean, AC works well, comfortable mattress, location is amazing (perfect sunset spot), it was my first stop in Mexico and thanks to Carlos I felt at home immediately :) he helped me with everything and responded immediately! Principal Beach is 1.2 km from the apartment. Puerto Escondido International Airport is 4 km away. The owner was an absolute delight! Despite a major language barrier (she doesn’t speak an English), we were still able to communicate and she helped us out with ordering taxis, info about the area etc.
