The apartment is located in an are close to many of the main atteactions. The are is totally safe, there are a fair few homeless around but they don't interact with passers by. The building is also completely secure. The flat itself is very well equipped and the owner is quick to respond to any messages. There is also an amazing bakey across the road called pastelerías esperanza. Overall I would stay again.
We were on the 16th floor of an apartment building with great views of the city. The apartment is of modern design and is well stocked with essentials: bedding, flatware, appliances. Some previous guests were nice enough to leave their streaming accounts logged in on the smart TV. The building is secured with 24 guards, key-cards to unlock the elevator, and a 6-digit door code at the apartment. The apartment has a Yale 89088 safe which is quite roomy. The door is just large enough to fit a monster 19 inch laptop.
The flat is well equipped with a small kitchen and bathroom. The studio was smaller and older than I expected, but it was totally ok. We had a cool city view and the bed was comfy. The location is cool for exploring the city.

The unique design and the light into the apartment (super bright - we stayed in the penthouse). The location is also something to take into account because the place is surrounded by amazing restaurants and boutiques. Big shout out to the gentleman at the reception who helped us a lot (the one who speaks Italian). Highly recommended!!
The location is awesome, the 24 hrs free drinks and snacks are an amazing added bonus. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and polite, the concierge did a great job helping me sort the problems with my rental car (I arrived with a flat tyre). Breakfast is fantastic, served until 11 am so there’s no hurry with that, and you get a wide choice of freshly prepared items, good cappuccino and other beverages. The room was very comfortable, very clean, good mattress and pillows. The building itself is beautiful and charming.
Very nice apartment with a double bed bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. All new and in good state. The apartment is located in a newly built building entirely composed of similar rental units. There is a 24h security guard, a small gym, a laundry room, a terrace, billard, and even some bikes, all included in the price. The people managing the property were in touch and quite easy to communicate with
Nice apartment with modern decoration for a short stay, close to Zona Rosa and the Angel de la Independencia. Nice skyscrapper view from the balcony. Kitchen with many appliances. Huge TV with lots of channels and streaming services, comfortable kitchen, spacious living room. Building staff very helpful and attentive, they also stored our luggage free of charge for a few hours the day of check out.
