The apartment was brand new and sparkling clean, very spacious and nicely designed. It had absolutely everything for a comfortable stay, whether you wanna cook or just come sleep in a comfy bed. The location is very peaceful, it’s an authentic street with cute old houses just 3 min walk away from the centre and it also takes you to the mountains. The only advice I’d give to other travellers is to bring your slippers and warm socks as the tile floors are freezing cold in winter.

If i could rate this apartment 100, i'd do it:) Everything was perfect! The apartment had everything you needed, and even a little more, to feel at home. And the owner tried to do everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Also it's nice that we were picked up from the station and taken to it❤

Located within 400 metres of Markov Rt Beach and 7.8 km of Kotor Clock Tower, Vila Verica provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Donji Stoliv. The location is amazing, close to Kotor, Tivat etc. The view from the terrasse is exceptional and worth every EUR spent:) The owners are very kind and helpful (helped us a lot of times and made our stay happy.
