The property has a free parking space available just behind the building which is a huge plus in Montenegro. Room was clean and everything that you require is provided in the facility. It is in a center of everthing.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! The host was extremely polite, helpful, and reliable, always responding immediately whenever we needed anything. The housekeeper gave us a very warm welcome upon arrival as well. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, modern, and perfectly located in the center – ideal for exploring the area. We felt completely comfortable and can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to everyone. We will definitely come back again!

Set in Podgorica, near Church of the Holy Heart of Jesus, Parliament of Montenegro and Natural History Museum, Apartmani Kaan features a garden. I very much enjoyed my stay in Apartment Kaan and Podgerico, in general. The residence is ideally located in walking distance from the bus station and in the classic old part of town with narrow cobblestone roads. The apartment itself is very comfortable with a bar fridge, kettle, dishes and utensils. I also really enjoyed the comfortable bed and comforter. And the nice new white towels added to the feeling of clean in the apartment. Finally, I really liked that the apartment did not have any noticeable smell of smoke, something that hadn't always been the case during my recent travels. I would like to add that the owner is  a friendly and kind person who does everything possible to make your stay the best.  We had some language issue, but after some laughs everything worked out.  She also arranged a taxi for me to get to the airport and actually waited outside with me in the morning until it arrived. I will definitely stay here again when I return!

Everything was excellent. The friend who welcomed us was incredibly helpful, and the check-in and check-out experience was seamless. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, and everything was in perfect working order. Its central location, surrounded by markets, restaurants, and cafes, made it extremely convenient. Transportation to the area was also very straightforward. This was undoubtedly one of the most enjoyable places we’ve stayed recently, and we highly recommend it.

Djoko was the best host I've stayed with so far, he transported me from the airport to the apartment for free and later he drove me to the bus station for a very reasonable price of only 10 EUR, while taxis cost from 15 to 20 EUR. Ideal location for short pre-flight/post-flight stays. Even though it's really close to railway, the train traffic is low and noise does not make much discomfort. The room is really cozy and clean, looks exactly as pictured, the beds are comfy, shower is hot. There is a kitchen and minibar. The hosts are friendly, responsive, and fulfil their ommitments to the point. The neighborhood is safe and hospitable. Be prepared for local children yelling you "Haaaai!" if you take a walk in the hood :) Exceeding my expectations. Svaka čast & sve najbolje!

Boravila sam u obadva aparmana. Lijepo je, novo je, cisto je. Kreveti su ugodni. Ovdje imate sve sto vam je potrebno. Takodje i okruzenje je prelijepo. Vlasnici su divni i ljubazni ljudi. Dolazim opet sa zadovoljstvom.

The apartment is huge and clean. There is a small kitchen for you to cook, and you can do laundry as well. Very safe building and close to supermarkets. Just a few minutes walk to the old town and the clock tower. The host, Olja is very accomodating and kind. She can arrange for airport pick up and drop off as well.
