The car is necessary for staying here. Inspite of the nature and location in mountains, there are different restaurants, cafes, shops and even shopping center not far. The territory is clean, cozy, very green, with swimming pool and sunbeds. The staff is smilely, polite and always ready to help you. Apartment is not big, but has all you need (even shower gel, shampoo, several tablets for dishwasher and washing machine). From the balcony you can enjoy amazing sunrises and sunsets. I'd like to come back. That was our best decision to stay at this place during our vacation.

We were travelling to Kotor in early June, so that time the price ratio was excellent! The apartment were fully equipped, clean, free parking place; 3 minutes to the small beach; and nice balcony with a sea view was as "cherry on the cake". Special thanks for the owner and HK lady (Biljana) for the detailed instructions how to get to the apartment (the main road was under reconstruction). I will definitely recommend this place.

We had a view to the sea and to the ladder of Kotor. Luka gave all the information and was very helpful! Also it is very close to the old town, less than 10 mins walk. We recommend TIME apartments!

Everything, this place is amazing! It was so comfortable, clean and well designed. Leila, the host, was incredible! Such a cute lady, she took care of everything we needed, brought us water, wine and even prepared some sandwiches to us! There is plenty of parking nearby and the port of Montenegro is a 5 minuets walk.

Beautiful and extraordinary view!! Apartment was very spacious. Well equipped. Parking on property. Location was just by the bay so you could go swimming in less than 30 seconds. Hosts were helpful. Bit of stairs to walk up if you have knee issues or you’re old. But we were fine with it

Nastanitev Sea and Sunshine se nahaja v Tivatu, v bližini znamenitosti Gradska plaža in Plaža Belane, ter ponuja brezplačen WiFi in brezplačno zasebno parkirišče. Unfortunately we only stayed for one day but from that one day I could tell that we’re gonna get back as soon as possible cuz we were delighted by everything. The location is amazing, the appartment was so clean and beautiful. We had amazing view from the balcony. And last but not least- the host is so nice and kind.
