The Time Studio Apartment I stayed in was very well located, spotless, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was inviting and well designed and decorated. Upon my arrival, Luka gave me information about Kotor, including maps, and explained the shortcut to downtown and the harbor. When I told him I needed to. do a load of laundry and didn't know how to use the machine, he went and got his mom, who set up the load for me. My room faced a pretty garden, which I took full advantage of, for meals and reading. Luka is like a genie: snap your fingers and he appears to help with anything you need. On my second night, he popped by to ask if I wanted to share a pizza he was making! Of course! Then I came down with a terrible stomach bug. Staying two days beyond my booking, I lacked for nothing while recovering. Luka came by twice to offer hot soup and toast, brought his mom over with anti-diarrhea meds, left a bags of probiotics, etc, from the pharmacy outside my door, and constantly checked in via WhatsApp to see if I needed anything. When I asked him to call me a cab for the airport, Luka got back and told me his brother would drive me! He also printed my boarding passes. Nothing I can say could possibly do justice in conveying how grateful I am to Luka and his family for the kindness they showed me during my stay in Kotor.

The location strikes a perfect balance: secluded for peace yet close to beaches and attractions. Ideal for families, couples, or friends seeking a serene escape. We’re already dreaming of our next visit!

I had an exceptional stay at Apartmani F&M! The location couldn’t have been better – just a 10-minute walk to the old town, with a stunning sea view from the balcony. The private parking was a huge plus, especially for those traveling by car, giving us peace of mind throughout our stay. David, Jelena, and David’s dad were the friendliest and most accommodating hosts I’ve ever met. David went above and beyond to make our arrival smooth, even meeting us a few blocks away when we weren't sure of the exact location and guiding us to the apartment. He was incredibly kind, even offering to park our car and help with our luggage. Jelena was also very thoughtful, offering us flexibility with the apartment if we needed extra time. They even allowed us to keep the car parked longer so we could relax and explore a bit more before leaving. Whenever I visit Kotor, I know exactly where to stay – Apartmani F&M will be my top choice every time.

コトルにあるKotor Central Pointはコトルビーチから徒歩3分、ヴィルトゥビーチから2.6kmで、山の景色を望むエアコン付きのユニットと無料WiFiを提供しています。 Kotor Central... ・旧市街からもビーチからも徒歩２、３分、バスターミナルからは徒歩15分。向かい側にショッピングセンターがあり徒歩0分でスーパーマーケットに行けるアクセスの良さ。宿の並びとショッピングセンターの２、３階にレストランがあり旧市街よりコスパがいい。その割に宿は静かで落ち着いている。階下の住人や子供たち、猫たちも皆フレンドリー。 ・テラスは周囲の家が壁になることはなく、コトルの背後の山並みが綺麗に見え、とてもリラックスできる。古城と夜のライトアップも見える。テラスで朝食を取ったり、リクライニングチェアで日向ぼっこしたりしても気持ちいい。 ・何より、部屋は広く落ち着いた造り。屋根裏ならではの構造と幾つもの天窓の灯りで想像以上に広々とした空間、インテリアもスタイリッシュ。ソファもベッドも座り心地、寝心地がよい。家電もちゃんとしたブランドのものばかりで、優雅な気持ちになれた。オーブンレンジや自動食器洗浄機、洗濯機乾燥機もついていてよかった。もちろん水回りも広くて綺麗で清潔。お湯も安定して出る。 ・オーナーのイヴァンは若くエネルギッシュで誠実な人。WhatsUpでなんでも相談に乗ってくれた。ティヴァトの空港までのタクシー（20€）も手配してくれた。タクシーの運転手もナイスガイ、ナイスドライブだった。ベッドメイクのおばさんも明るくて優しく気遣いのできる人。

Jaw-dropping views from balcony and rooftop garden. Owner was super friendly and easily reachable and gave us great restaurant recommendations. Walking distance to old town. We were 4 and used the sofa bed, which was actually pretty comfortable.
