The Chocolate Factory House was the best place we stayed during our 6 week Sri Lanka trip! It feels like a home away from home. It is very comfortable. As soon as you enter the house it feels very calm and serene. It is spacious and all the amenities you would like to use are there. The house is very clean, the beds are super comfortable, the view from the balcony is superb! It is the first house we encountered in Sri Lanka with an eco friendly focus and care for the environment. The host Sami is great! He made us delicious breakfasts and helped us to make our Kandy experience great. He helped us to shape a good itinerary for things to visit. He was always available and took very good care of us. He even drove us to our next destination. We highly recommend staying here!

Well set in the centre of Kandy, Sobasee Deluxe Bungalow is a recently renovated apartment, which provides free WiFi, a terrace and free private parking for guests who drive. The property features mountain and lake views, and is 3.8 km from Bogambara Stadium. The accommodation features a shuttle service, while a car rental service is also available. All has been arranged well. Very nice, comfortable home feel, secure place. Owner Mr Mahesh and his family (Wife and Son) very kind hearted and helpful. Really a big thank you for them. 10min walking distance to dalada maligawa. I hope to visit this awesome spot in a next time also. AC CCTV facility were also there. I enjoyed well. Honestly highly recommended to anyone

It was very clean, the host was friendly and accommodating, and being surrounded by a calm environment provided the perfect setting for relaxation. And I was pleasantly surprised to find that the cottage looked even better in person than in the photos.

This apartment also has a patio that doubles up as an outdoor dining area. The apartment offers bed linen, towels and housekeeping service. Highly recommend staying here. The owner Sathis is really lovely and always available to help with anything you might need. The villa is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need for your home away from home. The villa is located quite high up in the hills so the temperature and breeze were a huge relief after the heat and crowds in town but it is easily reached by tuk tuk. You can also walk to Kandy town in about 10-15 minutes just be warned the descent is quite steep in places and includes lots of stairs. Sathis is more than happy to arrange a tuk tuk to take you wherever you want to go if walking doesn't appeal to you. The only thing that could make it more perfect in my opinion would be a washing machine but there does appear to have been provision made for this in the bathroom so perhaps sometime in the future. But again Sathis offered to arrange laundry for us if we need it.
