Its location is unbeatable—close to all essential services yet nestled in a calm and peaceful area, making it ideal for both relaxation and convenience. The highlight of our experience was the incredible staff. Mrs. Sandya and Mr. Kaveen went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. Their warm hospitality and attentive care made us feel right at home. Every request was met with a smile, and they consistently worked to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We truly appreciated their efforts, and it’s one of the key reasons we would happily return to this apartment.

We loved the host and their hospitality. The whole family was very friendly and helpful. We booked the room at 4 pm and they made sure we had it available within under 1 hour. The breakfast was amazing and there was nothing to complain about. It was a new property and it was clean and tidy. The host had a Three-wheeler and was always available to drop us anywhere we wanted.

I really appreciate that the host took me to visit the surrounding area free of charge. The breakfast was delicious, with a choice of Sri Lankan, Indian or Western food. For a very reasonable price, he also offers an excellent dinner. Thanks again :)

The unit comes with 2 bedrooms with a double bed in one and two single beds in the other. The bathroom is big and there are 2 balconies with sit out chairs and tables.It is neat and clean and the host is very supportive and helped us with food and other stuffs that we needed. The beach is nearby and at a walkable distance. We saw a lot of amazingly beautiful birds on the trees in the property. Very nice place for stay for the Bentota area.

We walked to the beach in the evening and it was enjoyable. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. We had a very delicious breakfast and thanks for everything. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the beach. Thank you! Will recommend it to my colleagues!

For the last night stay in Sri Lanka we have decided to stay somewhere beside the sea, so we booked in Larn's Villa Hotel & Apartment. We been greeted by lovely owners. The rooms were very clean and spacious. They also have a swimming pool, which was great on a hot day 😄 We have chosen to have dinner in the property and ordered fish dishes which was very tasty and done by owners wife. 😘 In the morning we had a lovely breakfast too. We wish to thank the owners for their fantastic hospitality. After long conversation it was a time to leave and we all fell that we are leaving behind our family. If you ever looking to stay somewhere beside the sea in the quiet area- this is the place 🌞⛱️👍💕

He drove me everywhere with his motorbike and even arranged a little barbecue party for me in the garden. Probably the sweetest & most caring host! :)
