Towels and bed linen are featured in the apartment. It was a perfect stay. Everything was as described and displayed. The host was very friendly and warm and continuously kept in touch to ensure our stay went smoothly. He also provided us with an early check-in since we came to Nuwara Eliya early. He provided clear instructions on how to obtain the keys, responded promptly, and also checked-up on us even during the stay to make sure we were comfortable. Talking about the apartment, everything was of high quality. The entire apartment was very clean and spotless, it had all the tools you would require for a comfortable stay, including all the kitchen appliances and also plenty of storage areas and towels as well. The bedrooms were excellent with comfy beds, blackout curtains and pleasant lighting. The bathrooms were good too, everything was very functional with high quality fittings and hot water. Everything was modern and worked very well. One bedroom had a balcony, and since the apartment was on the 4th floor, it provided us with a lovely view (Check the photo I attached). The location was also excellent and not difficult at all to get to. It was very close to nearby shops and supermarkets and also the Gregory Lake and the race course. There was private parking at the basement with proper security for us to park our car without worry. Overall, it was a seamless and comfortable stay, and I would definitely consider staying here next time I am in Nuwara Eliya.
