Easy code access to the building and the unit. No need for physical keys. Host was very accessible by text message. Very clean and nice luxury building with an elevator. They were doing some renovations in the building when we were there so we weren’t able to see it in all of its glory, but the unit was pristine with 3 nice sized bedrooms and 2 baths. Location was better than expected being that it is not in central Seoul. There were tons of restaurants in a variety of styles, cafes as well as a grocery store in the area within a 2-4 block walk. 95 bus takes you straight to the Sosa stop on the 1 train which gets you to central Seoul in 30 min or so.

Projector screen with Netflix set up. I really liked the pivot shower complete with lychee scented body wash. Overall just an immaculate unit right where you want to be.

Situated within 8.1 km of Hongik University Station and 8.2 km of Hongik University, Near World cup stadium New, full optioned, huge house features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom... My third time in South Korea and my first time staying in Gyeonggi. The house is spacious, cozy and well maintained. Less crowded compared to the city centre, nice neighbourhood and we had a great local experience. 10 mins walk to the nearest bus stop, but we chose uber and k-ride instead, because of elderly parents. No stairs, non-hilly area and great for walks (there's small stream, jogging track and park nearby). Location 40 mins from ICN and an hour from the main tourist attractions. It was our opt by the way since we arrived late night and to catch very early morning flight home. Superb host, fast response.

The woman helped me find my way to the stay when I couldn’t find it. Very thankful that I could come in earlier than check in time, with the heat outside. It was a good price for the house and location, with a nice park across from it. City centre not far from it.
