Customer service was the best we’ve had in East Africa, and we travel often! The facilities were fantastic, room service was frequent, chef was awesome and communication was the best we’ve ever experienced. As of Jan 2024, the drive to Prime Nomads seems a bit rocky and out of the way, and when you arrive you can see a tall building that is being worked on… the rooms are behind the tall building so don’t let the roads there or the tall incomplete building confuse you. THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!

I loved the location of the facility as it was near the town center and also near most amenities and was quiet and in a secure place. The host was very responsive and had someone waiting with the keys.

Featuring a garden and views of garden, MILIMANI DRIVE LIVINGs is a recently renovated apartment located in Kisumu, 2.1 km from Kisumu Museum. The staff are just awesome! Michelle is the most courteous host and very understanding. Only regret is that I forgot to do shopping. It felt like home away from home! Definitely going back.

Well located few meters from tarmac road. A hyper mall is few minutes walk. Was serene and adequate parking. A very easy to use innovation for accessing key.
