We loved the simplicity of it all, all the things you need in a simple yet spacious place. It was also near a train station so moving about was easy. There are also good places to see in the area, which saved us money and time going to and from these places.

I recently stayed at a fantastic AirBnB in the Sumida area of Tokyo and had an excellent experience. The location is superb, with Oshiage Station (SKYTREE) just a short walk away. This made getting around Tokyo incredibly convenient. Additionally, having both 7 Eleven and Family Mart nearby was very handy, and Tokyo Solamachi mall provided plenty of shopping and dining options (just not for those who looking for halal foods/ drinks) The host was incredibly helpful, always ready to answer questions and accommodate any requests. Their responsiveness and willingness to assist made our stay even more enjoyable. The facilities at the Airbnb were perfect and very complete. We had access to a hot/cold shower, air conditioner, washing machine, iron and ironing board, refrigerator, sofa, and more. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was available. I found the accommodation to be worth every yen spent. I strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tokyo. A special mention goes to the host for their thoughtful provision of a luggage storage area. After checking out at 11 AM, our flight wasn’t until 11 PM. They kindly allowed us to store our luggage on the first floor, enabling us to enjoy our last day in Tokyo without any hassle. Overall, this Airbnb in Sumida is an excellent choice for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and outstanding hospitality.

Situated in Tokyo, ZAITO Kikukawa SRS Apartment 新築マンション offers accommodation with a terrace and kitchen. This apartment features accommodation with a balcony. I enjoyed that the location was less than a 6 minute walk from the Kikukawa Station. This location was also near two Family Mart Convenience Stores which made it easy to get water or food even at strange hours of the night. It was also near a McDonalds and Jonathans if you're someone like me who enjoys breakfast. I also enjoyed how spacious the apartment was in comparison to some of the hotels I looked at that seemed quite narrow. I had a lot of luggage so this was a primary factor in me choosing this space. Facilities wise, we were also able to do laundry which I enjoyed. The stay offers laundry detergent and you use the heating system in the bathroom to be able to dry your clothes which was a pleasant feature given most Asia countries air dry their clothes outside. I enjoyed that amenities like tooth paste, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided in the bathroom. There's also a hair dryer and vacuum. The vacuum was needed to clean the floor since unlike a hotel that cleans the rooms daily, you would need to clean this apartment yourself. If you aren't interested in a loud city area, this is the perfect place to stay as it's close enough to areas like Asakusa, Akihabra, Shinjuku, and Shibuya. I enjoyed how quite the neighborhood was and how I was able to be walk around both in the daytime and nighttime peacefully!
