Located in Nago and only 100 metres from Umusa Beach, YANBARU STAY ちゅら宿 provides accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in helping us get around, making reservations with local restaurants, and giving recommendations for places to go. Also genuinely friendly and enjoyable to talk to!

Situated a few steps from Mibaru Beach, ビーチサイドペンションみーばる offers 5-star accommodation in Nanjo and has a garden. It is set 600 metres from Hyakuna Beach and offers bicycle parking. Literally right on the beach. Breakfast and dinner are an option, both very very good. Hosts were incredibly friendly, both to my Japanese speaking friend and to me who only speaks English. Very nice atmosphere and surrounding area, very peaceful.

沖縄空手ホテル アイオライト豊見城 is located in Tomigusuku, 20 km from Sefa Utaki, 21 km from Nakagusuku Castle, as well as 33 km from Katsuren Castle. Self check in was nice but trying to contact anybody for help would be near impossible. The room was well equipped with plenty of towels. A washer and dryer (rare for Japan) which was super helpful when needed to wash our things. The TV was equipped with Netflix and the WiFi worked pretty well. Definitely need a car to stay at this location.

Villa Sunbeams ヴィラ・サンビームス, a property with a garden, is located in Kin, 2.2 km from Yaka Beach, 7.6 km from Onna-son Community Center, as well as 10 km from Maeda Cape. The place is confortable, clean and a great location on the island, close enough to explore both the south and north of the island. But the best of it is the owner, she made us feel home, so friendly and welcoming !! Definitely one of our best memories of Japan.
