When we entered the property we had a sense of outstanding hospitality by the owner from all the thoughtful touches and amazing amenities that were provided. The place is sparkling clean and very stylishly decorated. Owner is very responsive and paid attention to small details that made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable! Thank you and the next time we visit Sasebo we will definitely choose to stay in 99Stay Sasebo again!

Many things! That kitchen appliances were great and plentiful and the home was perfectly clean. The home is very modern and great if you have multiple guests or are on a family trip.

Our room was a calm, light, lovely space reflecting the kind, thoughtful spirit of our host, who is lovely and happy to help with questions in English. Spotlessly clean. Good shower. Raised platform for suitcases much appreciated. Comfortable bed with soft natural fiber bed linens and even pyjamas. Beautifully designed with just what you need and nothing you don't, and lots of natural wood. Room and bathroom both a very good size, larger and even nicer than the photos. Nice terrace to catch evening breeze and great view. Quiet neighbourhood. Well situated for exploring Nagasaki: tram stop just a few minutes' walk. "Ksnowki" is a version of kusunoki, the camphor tree, which is a treasured symbol of the resilience of Nagasaki's people.

Nagasaki İstasyonu'na 400 metre ve Nagasaki Tarih Müzesi'ne 600 metre mesafede yer alan GRAND BASE Nagasaki Nakamachi, Nagasaki'de klimalı ve özel banyolu odalar sunmaktadır. This is my 2nd Grand Base hotel on this trip. These hotels are noted for their cleanliness, larger rooms, well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, smaller buildings and high tech toilets. It’s only about 7 minutes to the train station. Check-in and out were easily done on a tablet. Highly recommend!

Location was good - near to the trains and buses. Room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable.

The location was easy to find from the Nagasaki Bus Terminal, and the staff was very helpful with the check process (we contacted them via chat and they were very quick with the response). The room completely exceeded our expectations, the beds were spacious and lined with clean beddings, and overall, the atmosphere of the room was very good. If you are looking for a comfortable stay with your family and friends then I most certainly recommend this hotel.

It was so clean and well organised. We appreciated that it had a nice little separate bathroom and toilet, as well as a semi-separated lounge area. It was the perfect base for our stay in Nagasaki.
