The room was larger then most places we stayed at in Japan. The room was very clean and had everything that we needed as a Family of four. The check in instructions were the best and easy to follow. The hotel staff was always available through chat to answer questions and take care of our needs. In the lobby they had a Nesspresso Coffee machine and a freezer with free ice cream that my son's enjoyed. Was one of the best stays we had in a booking.com property. The location was near everything and the property was in a very quite neighborhood.

We loved everything about this property. It's beautifully maintained, the apartment we had was spacious with no noise issues. The facilities were fantastic, the location was perfect and the staff were friendly & helpful. I will definitely be booking here again on my next trip to Kyoto.

Well situated in the Higashiyama Ward district of Kyoto, HOTEL MASTAY jingumichi is set 200 metres from Shoren-in Temple, 700 metres from Samurai Kembu Kyoto and 1.2 km from Heian Shrine. The staffs helped us to transfer luggages to other city, they were so nice and friendly. The facility is good, location is perfect, the staffs also helped us to book a restaurant when needed.
