Extremely easy check-in process with friendly staff. Great location, a quiet neighborly vibe and easily access to Gion subway, one stop away from Hakata station. We took advantage of the FamilyMart a block and a half away. The room with two beds was more spacious than any Japanese hotel I've ever stayed in. Has all the amenities you could ask for from a business hotel, including a kitchenette, washer dryer, a tub, a shower with amazing water pressure and heat. The AC was powerful and kept the space toasty at all times. We even got a little balcony! Wifi was crisp and fast. It worked even better than my home wifi for video calls. Exceptionally clean and comfortable quarters. I could not recommend this place enough to all business and leisure travelers.

There's also a fantastic mall attached to the station with a mind-blowing selection of food options. No matter your craving, you'll find it here. Apartment: The building itself felt very new and well-maintained, and I didn't see any signs of mold (a major concern for me in some older apartments). The self check-in process was smooth and seamless, and communication with the host was excellent. Highly Recommend! This apartment is perfect for solo travelers with a lot of luggage (like me!) or families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Fukuoka. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!
