The rooms, bath, toilet, everything are nice and very clean. The staff are responsive to our questions.

Really helpful, nice to speak to, and made several recommendation for us! :) The guesthouse was very spacious, really well-equipped with a pretty good location like quiet neighbourhood, close approximity of the subway station. Lot of 24/7 shops. Oh and also the house was quite recently renovated, so it is really nice with a lot of modern functions like several AC options in the living rooms and in the bathroom aswell!

About a 10-15 minute walk from Ho-Chiba train station. 7/11 was 5 minutes walk around the corner. Very close to local restaurants. Apartment had everything you'd need for a short stay. Washing machine, microwave, kettle, rice cooker and fridge/freezer.

Beautiful house very close to local station (around 5mins), fully air-conditioned, kitchen fully equipped for cooking, fridge has ice-maker, spacious bedrooms and living room (equipped with monitor and gaming system). Garden was amazing with koi in the pond and chickens/ducks/quail (I think). Fire pit, BBQ and covered seating/patio area. Host was amazing! Kept in constant contact prior to stay regarding questions I had and set up beer keg/BBQ for us the day we chose to have the BBQ. A very kind man. On the evening of the BBQ he brought us some clams he had seen when shopping earlier in the day as he thought we might enjoy them. He also cleaned the BBQ for us as was worried we may burn ourselves.
