I loved opening all the windows in the morning and taking in the fresh air and the sunrise. Even enjoyed the little office space where I sent my emails from and the little balcony to rest.

Quiet area and room. Large Bathroom and kitchen were well appointed. Nightlights next to the bed along with outlets. Great restaurants right under our nose in the courtyards adjacent. Parking was easy nearby and our host was very responsive.

I stayed in the apartment for two weeks while I was doing an Italian course. The apartment was great - well-equipped kitchen, right in the centre of town with two lovely squares with cafes and restaurants and the main shopping street with a supermarket very close by so location couldn’t be better, spacious, clean, very comfortable. Gabriele was an excellent and very helpful and welcoming host.

Set in Spoltore, 10 km from Pescara Railway Station and 10 km from Pescara Bus Station, B&B LA BOUGANVILLE offers a garden and air conditioning. Amazing guest space on the bottom floor of a larger house. The apartment is spacious with a huge bedroom, kitchen and living space. Everything worked well and there was secure parking readily available. Hosts were very kind and flexible with check-in time. Pet friendly with no additional fees.
