With free WiFi, this 2-bedroom apartment features a cable flat-screen TV, a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and microwave. Towels and bed linen are offered in the apartment. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. Looks like someone converted a garage into a guest house, and they did a very fine job in doing so. Keys were left in a lockbox that was easily accessible. There is parking directly in front of the Guesthouse. There is a loft that has an incredible view of the water. The washer worked great and they had a drying rack that worked well so all out clothes were dry in the morning. There was a nice kitchenette with a refrigerator that kept our drinks cold. We didn't actually use any of the kitchen.

Towels and bed linen are offered in the apartment. The property has an outdoor dining area. We were arriving in very snowy conditions in the winter and the host cleaned the road for us. In general very hospitable persons, we made a tour to their sheep farm and our kids played around with a dog. House is very clean and location is fantastic overseeing directly the ocean.

Huge space, lovely big bathroom, excellent facilities including a washing machine and drying rack. Plenty of space to spread out and excellent kitchenette. Thank you!

The professor who was also the proprietor was unbelievably accommodating and friendly. His homemade brewed beer was absolutely amazing I bought him out. Highly recommend

Originally we booked an Apartment without Kitchen, Couple days before we asked what was in the area for food and of a kettle or microwave was included, The host upgraded us to a Cottage with a full kitchen. At the back there are flats and behind is lots of woodland great in winter to sledge down.. The snow was deep! Will be good in summer lots to explore.
This guesthouse offered close to everything we needed. It had a large size room, comfortable bed, very clean bathroom and great kitchen facilities and dinning area. The set up is perfect for self catering. The views were beautiful and we enjoyed watching the horses. We didn’t meet the owners but the checkin process was very clear. It was raining and the separate entry way area for wet shoes and coats helped keep the rest of the house dry and comfortable.

The apartment was amazing, a lot better than expected. The whole house has a soul, its very cozy and modern at the same time. The area is beautiful, out in the "wilderness", but there is a cute town only 10 minutes away with restaurants. The kitchen was very well equipped, the showers had hot water. The room was cozy and spacious, warm as well, with a nice view. We saw aurora perfectly from here. The check in process was also extremely smooth. I would definitely stay here again!
Self contained apartment nicely converted from a garage. Huge comfy bed, very comfy settee, nice bathroom. Fridge, oven, hob and senseo coffee machine in kitchen. 50 inch plus TV with many English channels. There was even a washing machine. Didn't see owners but we didn't need to and communication was good. We would gladly stay again.
lovely, well equipped and very clean apartment. Beds were extremely comfortable as was the living room. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking or preparing food.. It was a beautiful Ikea apartment, so well organized and very livable. Large picture windows in the living area opened out to a small deck and a beautiful view of the fjord.

Very good garage apartment, good value for money. Seems pretty recently made up and had all the essentials. Good location within walking distance from everything @Sauðárkrókur.
