Firstly, Mr Guha and his wife were more accomodating than I could have imagined. I rolled in last minute at 2am and they were there to check me in. They gave me food, breakfast, ordered my Ubers for me, and even helped me with some admin after I’d checked out and left Kolkata. Secondly, the space itself is so beautiful, full of cute artworks and homely things. I felt right at home, and this will be my Kolkata home going forward. Thirdly, the neighbourhood is so cute! It’s a real authentic Indian locality. Colourful, friendly, green, and not far from the airport. I prefer it over the centre of Kolkata which is pretty difficult to navigate (busy, dirty, etc). Especially given the price, this is the best value stay in Kolkata, I’m sure.

Konditsioneeriga Areca Holiday Apartment asub Siliguris, 3,9 km kaugusel Mahananda looduskaitsealast ja 4,3 km kaugusel Darjeeling Himaalaja mänguasjarongist. Everything was perfect. Specially the guy who attend us such a good personality. I highly recommend this property and surely whenever i will be Siliguri i will stay only this property

The best place I’ve stayed in over 40 countries. The hosts were a lovely and welcoming family that helped with everything I could need while staying including laundry. I feel I’ve left with new friends! The apartment has everything you need for a super comfortable stay with reliable and fast internet, netflix on TV and a comfy bed. I can’t recommend this stay enough, if you’re coming to Kolkata for any reason, here’s your number 1 choice!

Very spacious, clean and fully equipped flat. Name to few were room heaters, microwave, water filter, gas cooker, hot water in kitchen/bathroom, electric kettle. Double glazing window in bedrooms. Comfortable and clean bed/bedding. Literally it felt like we were home although away from home. We could have moved in it was that kind of feeling.

The cleanliness was exemplary. The interior design was very soothing and relaxing. Access to a kitchen and a balcony adds to additional amenities one might require in a homestay. The bathrooms were spic and span. One of the most important aspects of booking an accomodation. The premise has so much natural light and the greenery one can view is delightful. The elevators and common areas are top quality as well. The price is extremely affordable and dirt cheap for the kind of property you'll be staying in. Cheap motels cost much more these days. The owner was very cordial and helpful. She was extremely vigilant about the comfort of our stay. Her communication etiquette, willingness to provide related information and care towards hosting is something that needs mentioning here. These are necessary markers for a comfortable stay. I strongly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay around this pincode.

Very nice and clen apt, 15 minutes away from the airport. Perfect stay if you like to have your privacy, the area is quite and far enough from the noises of the main road that is close by. It's possible to find all the facilities just at few minutes walking from the house. The house is fully equipped if you want to arrange some food by your self.The owner is very kind and helpfull. Good quality at the right price... highly recommended.
