Honest feedback from her was, she's new in booking.com so there's always a room to improvise on the basic facilities should be there to provide for future guests. Snacks were provided on our arrival and there is also a filter fed water dispenser which was a life saver! Other amenities like the washing machine was very useful after a week in Bukit Lawang. Highly recommend for those who have a night to kill before their flight.
