Located in the Mega Kuningan business district, Oakwood Premier Cozmo Jakarta features an outdoor pool with city view and a gym. 1st time staying at the Oakwood. It was more than I bargained for. The staff were tremendously polite and efficient - from check-in to the restaurant to check-out. Key was delivered to me while I had lunch, waiting for my room to be ready. The bed and pillows were very comfortable it was difficult to wake up the next morning. Breakfast spread was sufficient as I am not one for too many selections.

They provided towels, the bathsoap, shampoo and conditioner, toothbrush, and toothpaste. The kitchen : Big and spaceous, and they even provide some snacks and coffee that we can use. The communication : Johnson responded quickly every time we contacted him. He is polite, helpful, and very kind.
