It has two balconies with a beautiful view of the bay and a wonderful sunset, an additional possibility for relaxation. I can say with certainty that it is the most beautiful apartment I have ever stayed in. The cleanliness is impeccable and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. Excellent location. The beach is right across the street. Super! What I would like to highlight is the kindness of the host. Basically, for every recommendation!

Offering a garden and sea view, Apartmani Niko is located in Kukljica, less than 1 km from Zelena Punta Beach and a 17-minute walk from Jelenica Beach. This property is brand new! I think we were the first guests at this apartement. It is well maintained and if you find anything else needed - Gabriela is a message/call away and promptly responds. Internet is great, there is a balcony with the view… but guests can also use rooftop terrace which has umbrellas, huge table and great view - so if you are a group renting more than one apartment - great place to hang out. Also, there is covered outdoor kitchen with everything you may need for a good barbecue. I found it very thoughtful that they had oil, some beer in the fridge, coffee and spices available, particularly since we arrived on a non-working day.
