The host was simply superb in helping us find the accommodation and even walking with me to my car to guide me to the parking provided with the accommodation (in the pay lot but he takes care of the cost). Outstanding with communication, even when we were somewhat confused, and he provided a great history of the salt pans and the traditional process that is still followed (he actually worked there for a time). We love the experience of actually meeting and learning local culture from our host - we wish every booking was like that. The location is perfectly convenient right in the center of the town, and the apartment is really clean and neat. Even though we only spent one night, it was one of our top stays in Croatia over a three week period. Ston is a lovely town, especially if you like climbing on magnificent ancient walls - all the way to Mali Ston!

Owners were friendly and check in was easy. The apartment was huge with everything you would need. It was clean, had a comfy bed, good price, good location and plenty of parking. Wifi was good. Beautiful view. There's still some work going on at the property as it seems brand new but it doesn't bother/disturb guests.
