You can walt to Trogir old town takes about an hour. We did not meet the hoasts but comunication was good and easy.

The apartment was really nice, it was clean and well equipped with everything that you need for your stay. The owners were really nice people who waited for us with water, beers and fruits in the fridge to freshen up after our trip. I really recommend them and the apartments!
