The apartment itself was cozy and comfortable. All was very clean and new. We had a kitchen with a coffee machine, fridge, and microvave. We liked to spend our evenings in the huge balcony covered by the tree's green. Definitely recommend this apartment.

The location was amazing with breathtaking views and only a short drive from the monasteries. There is street parking right outside the accommodation and the centre was within walking distance. The apartment is immaculate and beautifully furnished and decorated. Everything we needed was provided and the host was lovely and friendly. We only stayed 2 nights but this accommodation could easily be used long term. Lots of storage space and plenty of room throughout the apartment for a family. Huge balconies at the front and back. A gorgeous kitchen, fully equipped. I highly recommend to anyone.

This brand-new property offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable urban stay in Volos. The building provides parking, and additional street parking is also available. We were delighted to find the house sparkling clean, with cold water waiting for us in the fridge. The location is excellent—just a few blocks from the city center and bustling shopping streets. A fresh farmers’ market is also nearby, just a short walk away. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing week on the island and it is greatly due to this wonderful place. Special thanks to Yanis and Dimitri - your kindness made our stay very special and made us feel home! Great view from the hotel, nice pools, great pool bar and restaurant. The food (and coffee) served is one of the best we had on the island. And it is very well located/connected with a direct access to a nice beach, a taxi boat to drive you to the port of Skiathos and buses (bus stop 9) to bring you to all beaches of the island.
