Fantastiskt läge med terrass och utekök. Solnedgång och ändå skugga om man behövde då det fanns en markis att veva ut vid behov. Takfläkt och AC i båda rummen, väldigt skön säng.

Very clean facilities, a little hard to find but worth it and the owner who lives nearby was very friendly and helpfull

Gites La Nantillaise ligger i Bouillante och erbjuder en pool, en trädgård, en terrass, gratis WiFi och utsikt över staden. Veronique est superbe! She saved us several times with our limited french. Also we didnt rent a car which was a mistake on our part. The pool was lovely. It is a short walk to the hot river but much longer (straight up) on the way back. Very much worth going to though. Also close to jaques cousteau preserve. Really good self.guided kayak and snorkeling tour. Still better with a car. And we are happy to walk usually. She cooked a dinner and breakfast that were excellent. The apartment is a good size with a fantastic view.

Appartement cosy en ville ligger i Baie-Mahault och erbjuder en utomhuspool som är öppen året om och utsikt över trädgården. The pool was clean and amazing. The decor was very welcoming. This property basically was a hotel room with everything you will ever need in a home. Very Cosy and Practical. Parking was also a plus. I even got to keep a book I started reading but couldn't finish! Thanks again!

Espace Harmonie vue mer har utsikt över staden och erbjuder boende med en terrass och en balkong, 6 minuters promenad från Plage de Leroux. This apartment is on the lower floor of a house on a hillside and was completley newly renovated when we were there (we were the first guests). It had enough of all you could need, i.e. appliances, dishes, cutlery, etc. and, of course, all was in good condition and working order. The appartment's size and features also makes it easy to stay inside when it rains or if you have hot days. The view from the balcony, the living room/kitchen (big open space) and one bedroom is great, you can see Montserrat on the hoirizon (if it is not too cloudy or rainy), ships and boats on the ocean and enjoy beautiful sunsets. The pool is also great, big and deep enough to swim. You can also enjoy a great view from there and it is next to the apartment's entrance but on the upper level of the house (thus you cannot see it from the apartment or the balcony, if you have small kids you should stay with them directly at the pool). Driving to and parking at the house is easy once you have identified the road on a map or GPS (which can easily done with the address). The owners, Bobby and Virginie, live on the upper level of the house and are extremely nice and helpful. Unfortunately our French was limited but Bobby speaks good English and Virginie made the effort to use google translator to directly talk with us from French to German. They really put a lot of effort and love into the house and the rental appartment. They are there tto help if you need them but otherwise they give you your privacy. The location is good for expöoring the Northwestern part of Basse-Terre Island (e.g. Deshaines and beaches) but going to other parts of Basse-Terre takes about an hour (when going to Pointe-a-Pitre, consider taking the Route de la Traversée, it was much faster because the northern route via Sanite-Rose twice had a lot more traffic and congestions when we used it). Close by are smaller local stores for bigger supermarkets you have to drive close to Sainte-Rose so buy things accordingly.
