She is exceptionally warm, welcoming and extremely helpful in every way from offering and helping carry luggages, recommending a great local driver for a difficult route to Koruldi Lake as well as making great breakfast. She goes above and beyond in making us feel comfortable and welcome. We would highly recommend her accommodation to anyone visiting Mestia.

Offering a garden and mountain view, Guesthouse Ivas is set in Ushguli, 41 km from Museum of History and Ethnography and 43 km from Mikhail Khergiani House Museum. Rooms are minimalistic, but clean and charming with the mountain view and the sound of the river in the backyard. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, but if you don’t speak Georgian it’s explaining with the hands (works as well 😀). They have a nice terrace for their café, that is just nice to spend some time in the sun or shade (as desired) and observe the Ushguli-life in the streets (like e.g. cows being milked). They also offer a place to park your car.

Great new apartments with everything you need for comfortable living! Very close to the center of Mestia and all the restaurants. The host was very kind and polite. We came to Svaneti on winter but it was warm inside. The bed was also very comfortable.

Very convenient location near the city center and airport. Settlement was very fast. On the first floor of the building there is a sauna. We are very pleased and we advise all these apartments for an excellent holiday.

Lia brought us a kettle of boiling water for tea and a delicious khachapuri, she baked 10 minutes ago Also they gave us a free lift to the airport Thank you)

The apartment was super clean, spacious, the kitchen fully equipped perfect for family or friends dinner!Apartment view was amazing and just 10’ from Mestia village. Easy access to the keys , host was very helpful and super kind to give us their local food, kubdari! Looking forward to go back next winter!
