The owner is a very helpful and nice person.Shops are very close and fantastic kids playground as well. Very easy contactless check in and check out. I highly recommend this place!

Everything was great about this apartment. It is freshly renovated, neat, clean, and comfy. This is an apartment I would stay for a month. It had central location, close to the main square, Colchis fountains, and a lot of local eating places and fast food chains. The manager was also very responsive for the questions we had about the apartment or even non-related. There also was a TV with internet connection so we could watch some sketches 😂
