But in winter it is a half hour walk (through nice countryside) to the main road where you can catch fast marshrutkas (and train) to several towns along scenic roads. The beaches and pine forest in Magnetiti and nearby are of course the best.

The sea is just 200 meters from the door. The building has a 24h shop on the ground floor. it is convenient to by food any time and to cook at the kitchenette at the apartment. Plenty of restaurants around the place.

When we were spending our time there, the apartments seemed to attract families who favoured a more relaxed and quiet vacation. That suited us just fine, as we were travelling with a 1 year old baby who sometimes has problems falling asleep when there's too much noise. We are also especially thankful for the flexibility our landlady showed towards us concerning some of our special requests. All in all we felt very welcome and might be back again.
