Set in Batumi and only 500 metres from Batumi Beach, New Wave Apart-Hotel offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. It's a new four-star hotel, and I couldn't find any other in Batumi offering such high quality at this incredible price, with breakfast included. The concept is fantastic, with small apartments that have everything you need: new furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, a new Android TV, and laundry facilities. The beds are very comfortable, and the staff are incredibly kind and friendly, which I really appreciated. Additionally, the location is excellent, surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants, with Carrefour less than a minute away. Lastly, I want to express my gratitude to the housekeeping team for their wonderful attitude and for providing everything I needed and more.

Great location with less tourist crowds while lots of supermarkets, restaurants and bars are available nearby. Airport's proximity and surrounding construction sites are not the obstacle since we were out of hotel during business hours.
